We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return, the product should be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Some exclusions may apply.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos or videos showing the issue
• Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement parts, product replacement, or a refund.

If any parts are missing or you receive an incorrect part, please contact us with your order information and photos.

We will arrange the necessary replacement parts to help you complete the installation as quickly as possible.

For products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, Yohood will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

For returns due to personal preference or other non-product-related reasons, return shipping costs may apply.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
